Take a look at these pictures of a tar and chip driveway project, completed by Creative Driveways in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

We started by clearing out the existing driveway and leveling it off. We removed the old broken step and installed a new, bull-nose granite step.

Then we set all new granite kerbing around the perimeter of the driveway. We sprayed the surface with hot tar and topped it with a layer of 6mm Grey Limestone chips.

Finally we machine rolled the whole surface down to form a strong bond.
